The client is paying for digital artwork.

The artist has the right to reject a commission request.

The client must be 18 years or older if the commission involves any adult content.

The artist will begin the commission once the payment has been sent.

Revisions during the sketch phase are limited, additional revisions are not guaranteed and will incur an additional fee at the artist's discretion.

Revisions after the sketch phase are not guaranteed and will incur an additional fee at the artist's discretion.

The client may have to pay an additional fee for faster completion.

Commissions may be streamed live or posted publicly by the artist with a lower resolution unless the client pays for nondisclosure.

The client may not claim to have made the artwork.

The client may not resell the artwork without the express permission of the artist, and a purchased Mass Production license from the artist.

Reselling the artwork as a non-fungible token, or NFT is strictly forbidden.

The artist may use the commission work for promotional purposes.

The client owns the copyright for personalized original characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character.

The artist may not sell products of the client’s original character without authorization.

The client acknowledges that uploading the original file on social media the client had paid for is at risk of people downloading and stealing the commission piece online.

There is a 50% charge fee if the client cancels the commission. This only applies if the artist has begun on the commission.

If the commission is at 50% completion or coloring phase, it will not be refunded.

If the artist cancels the commission, the client gets a full refund.
